Chroma 5.3 means the color content is small, which is exactly why the teal cast matters so much - there is nothing else here to distract from it. Warm bulbs will soften it; daylight bulbs push it further cool.

Light reflectance measures 28.0, which is enough to keep a room bright without bouncing light around. Suits both quiet, restful rooms and busier shared spaces, which is most of what makes a neutral a neutral.
