A chroma of 6.8 is low enough to read as neutral in most light, but the yellow cast still shifts what the eye calls it. It holds up in a north-facing room, which is where warmth is usually missing.

At this LRV (16.0), a room reads as neither bright-white nor dim - a genuinely middle-of-the-road amount of light comes back off the wall. Suits both quiet, restful rooms and busier shared spaces, which is most of what makes a neutral a neutral.
